Mindful eating tip. ➡️A lot of people are trying to learn to eat more slowly so that they have time to eat in a more mindful way, chew their food longer, and actually feel satisfied with what they’re eating. But if you’ve always been used to eating quickly, that can be difficult to actually manage. 🍽️The common tip is to put your utensils down in between bites, but it can be a bit unnatural and annoying to do constantly. 😋A tip I prefer is to make sure that you’ve cleared out any food in your mouth before reaching for that next bite.
