Transcript

I think it's so important for kids to be exposed
to yoga at a young age because it's all about   connecting the breath to the movement, connecting
your mind to your body, and if you can do that in   a yoga posture, then, you can take that same
concept to anything life throws your way. So I always say taking a class, or a yoga pose,
one breath at a time, one inhale, one exhale,   then, when things get stressful in
life, you can apply that same situation. Just taking whatever life throws your
way, one inhale and one exhale at a time. You should hold the yoga posture
for about three to five breaths. Your body can really start to
let go and ease into the space   because the longer you're there the more you start
to find not just physically but mentally as well. Don't miss all our yoga videos in the Lingokids
app or on our "Yoga for kids" playlist on YouTube!
