in yoga we do a lot of weight bearing on the wrists so here's a few exercises you can do to help strengthen and mobilize your wrists number one come into a kneeling position turn your fingers to face the side and rock from side to side keep a little Bend in your elbows and try to lean as much weight into one hand as you can you can hover the other off the mat and then switch next one spin your fingers around it can either be to a 45° or all the way to face your knees again keep a bend in the elbows and for this you'll just lean back the Palm might start to lift that's perfectly okay you'll probably begin to feel this up your forearm too number three flip the hands now so fingers again face the knees or just to the side for this one you can just stay in Stillness if it's quite Intense or lean back and again the wrist will peel off the mat next one bring your palms to the mat and then you'll just lift your palms up and down the knuckle beds will stay on the mat it's just the Palms lifting you can go slow or do this really quick
