yoga isn't just something you practice even the connection and Trust when you're on that mat one hour or an hour and a half it is truly like what do you learn and then how do you apply that to everything else that life throws your way that's true yoga that inner connection that you develop through this practice it's interesting how people come into it like a yoga teacher train like you're saying this experience with this man it's like okay I'm gonna be a yoga teacher I want to learn Boston to work and assists and how can I you know help someone feel better in a posture and then it slaps them right in the face because they're having to actually look deeper for me my first experience I wanted to teach her training and I entered it through an athletic way because I was a gymnast before I was injured and it was just something that called to me because I really wanted to find a better healing for my body I had a lot of back injuries and such and I entered it with that intention and I left like I went through some washing machine of trauma and emotions and I had to dig deep and reconnect something in my brain and in my heart and in my soul that was just the beginning
