i wanted to give you a little breakdown on how to get into your pigeon pose properly so you can start in your down dog step that foot to the hand you're gonna heel toe that foot to the opposite hand so that the shin is working somewhat parallel ish to the top of the mat although that doesn't really happen for most bodies you want to flex the front foot so that you bypass the knee and you get into the hip so we'll go through this one more time left leg close to the sky you're going to step the left leg between the hands it's like a runner's lunge right now you're going to heel toe the foot over towards the right then you'll drop the knee down flex the foot and then inch your back leg back then you're going to crawl forward and surrender the third eye to the earth or a block or a towel and enjoy
