Transcript

here's a good running routine for beginners when you first get into running there's one thing that's most important and that is consistency more so than the actual number of miles you're running with that in mind start by running four days a week for the first three days just go out and run five to ten minutes don't worry about your mileage anything just run you have to just start getting into the routine of running consistently on that fourth day try to push it a little bit try to run for 15 to 20 minutes once again don't worry about your mileage just run for time continue the same routine for week two and week three until it feels like it's becoming routine and easy for you promise running will become fun for you once you build that base I've said it before but it's like building a house first you gotta lay the foundation then and only then can you start building
