this is willy and he's going to help me demonstrate the sage twist he's going to start out in dandasana and he's going to lengthen up from his tailbone to the crown of the head he's going to press his shins into the ground and he's going to pull his toes towards his knees good now he's going to take his right foot and he's going to bend his right knee and he's going to bring his heel as close to his sits bone as he can good still maintaining that nice long spine he's going to reach his right arm up to the sky and he's going to reach right around to his left pinky toe just to lengthen out through the side body and then he's going to bend his right elbow take his right arm around the outside of his right knee good he's going to inhale lengthen out through the left arm reach it all the way around good and there he's going to bind clasping his hands still lengthening up inhaling in and as he exhales he comes into the rotation he wants to keep that front leg flexed at the thigh and flexed at the foot good thank you willie and that was the sage twist
