what is the difference really between yoga and stretching while yoga may give you more flexibility the goal is not that it also gets you more strong physically and mentally as well the big difference I find with yoga is also the breath and moving in a way where you're centered into the breath and being able to align more deeply to your true self so remember that the intention the goal of yoga is to connect back to your inner nature your Consciousness to the UN I then understand that all is connected
