- Begin in Dolphin Pose with forearms on the mat, elbows shoulder-width apart, and fingers spread wide pressing into the ground.
- Walk your feet closer to your elbows, keeping your hips elevated and core engaged.
- Shift your gaze slightly forward between your hands to maintain balance.
- Lift one leg up towards the ceiling, keeping it straight and strong, while pressing through your forearms.
- Engage your core and use a slight hop with your grounded foot to lift both legs off the ground, coming into a vertical alignment over your shoulders.
- Continue to press through your forearms and reach your feet upwards, keeping your core engaged and legs together.
- Hold the pose for a few breaths, maintaining steady and even breathing.
- To exit, gently lower one leg back to the ground, followed by the other, and return to Child's Pose to rest.
