How to
- Start from Warrior II pose with your right foot forward, right knee bent, and left foot turned slightly inwards.
- Ensure your right heel aligns with the arch of your left foot. Engage your core and keep your torso upright.
- On an inhale, lift your right arm upwards, turning your palm to face the ceiling.
- Exhale as you slide your left hand down the back of your left leg, keeping your left arm relaxed.
- Keep your right knee directly over your right ankle and maintain the bend in the knee.
- Open your chest towards the sky and gaze up at your right hand, if comfortable, or keep your gaze forward for neck comfort.
- Hold the pose for 3-5 breaths, maintaining strong legs and relaxed shoulders.
- To exit, inhale to bring your torso back to Warrior II, then step your feet together and stand up straight.
