Instructions

Steps of Tadasana (In standing position)

1. Stand straight on the ground.

2. while breathing in (inhale), raise your both arms.

3. Keep your arms upward by interlocking your fingers.

4. Now come on the toes by raising your heels simultaneously.

5. Hold position for few seconds, as per your comfort.

6. Come back in standing position

Precautions:-
