now here are three balance exercises you should be doing every single day now exercise number one we are going to go through kind of a front bicycle crawl so you're just kind of like brushing the ground with your toes again use something for support if needed this is working the quads the hip flexors and everything needed for balance now exercise number two we are going in the backwards Direction very very tricky but this will dramatically improve your balance basically overnight so again doing this exercise for the second one and exercise number three we're going up to the side and pulsing again try to stand up nice and Tall again using something for support if needed now do each one of those exercises for 20 seconds and then repeat on the other side
