hi this is part two of a series where I'm explaining the different styles of yoga today we're talking about Ashtanga this is arguably the most physically demanding style it consists of six series and unlike many other styles it is the exact same poses every time the fruits of Ashtanga can be found through discipline and pushing through your own mental blocks in an Ashtanga class you can expect no music no heat and the focus is simply on your breath your practice and deepening into each pose
