Transcript

when entering half moon pose i would encourage you to think about the obliques and in general your midsection and in order to increase the stability of that area you want to keep your trunk parallel this can only be achieved if your hand that is close to the floor does not reach for the floor similar with warrior two in half moon pose the hips are facing to the side so and if you want to sift into half moon pose you want to keep crown of the head with the back foot in one line and while the hand reaches for the floor you can see that the two sides of her trunk stay parallel stability can also be supported if her shoulder blades are coming towards each other which is one more way of preventing him from reaching from the floor and losing the integrity in her midsection
