- You might have your
pigeon where the front knee and the anchoring line, and it's at a 90 degree angle, and that's because you are
super open in your hips. You might find that your right
heel is all the way locked into the front of your left hip. Then there might be this really big gap underneath your bottom. So here's where you invite
all your friends, your blocks and your cushions underneath
to give you a nice seat. And then from there, if this is enough, you stay upright. Maybe you come to the forearms or maybe you're all the way down, stretching through into the arms here.
