here's how to enter headstand if you are a beginner place your hands shoulders width apart place your head in front of your hands so you're looking to create a triangle from the head to the hands when the arms bend the elbows want to Stack the wrists for better stability if you're not sure whereabouts you want to be balancing on your head you want to be at the flat part so that you're not tipping your head too far back putting tension on the neck and you're not rolling too far forward toward the hairline focus on pushing through the hands to take the pressure off the head tuck your toes and lift your hips then you'll walk walk your feet in trying to stack your hips as high as possible over your shoulders when you do feel more confident you can rest one knee on the back of your arm and then the other and then congratulations you're in a headstand to then lift the legs further up you'll bring one knee into the chest and then the other to come into a tuck position you'll have to really engage your core here and then slowly extend the legs up I hope this helps let me know how you get on
