Here's how to get instant TMJ and jaw pain
relief. I'm going to go over the exercise first and then I will demonstrate it. So whatever
side that you're having TMJ pain, let's say it's your right side. Take your index finger on that
side, apply light pressure over the joint. Take your other index finger, put it over your chin and
also apply light pressure. From there, you're going to put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and
then slowly open and close your mouth ten times and with each repetition build into it just a
little bit more. So this is what it looks like. So afterwards, see how you feel. If there's
still some pain left you can throw in another set and this is something
that you can do throughout the day.
