hello everybody I'm dr. Ajit from Planet Ayurveda and I ready wellness in spa centre in Auckland here we are today sharing certain unique principle of Ayurvedic cooking and Ayurvedic nutrition what I rather can bring to us through conscious cooking conscious living whenever we talk about healthy living whenever we having a discussion on wellness would always play a great role in that discussion and this science which is around with us for the last five thousand years ago and I with medicine has given and some up this nutrition and conscious cooking in one simple sentence that we are what we eat so how we eat our food in a way that it has an M more deeper impact on us it can give us that first step towards wellness in the last 33 years since I am practicing this medicine I have understood that by making your daily breakfast lunch and dinner with some consciousness some awareness can having a different impact on me and the same principle same philosophy I'm going to share with all of you because whenever we follow Ayurvedic principle of wellness diet and cooking we'll always be in the forefront in our consultations we all the time talk about the principle of making various recipes but today with the help of rippen who is our main cook today who has such a tremendous practical experience of Ayurvedic cooking and nutrition will share with us certain unique principle of making our food not just delicious but such a balanced recipe same breakfast forage same breakfast pancakes and other recipes how she's going to make them more beneficial for each individual by incorporating by choosing and selecting various ingredients various spices in various proportion for each individual and that principle is known as each individual's body type principle and this is a one the four most unique principle of Ayurvedic science that each one of us has a unique body makeup you're liking my liking your reaction to different thing to my reaction will be totally unique totally different and the same principle will go in these recipes that how you will understand that each food will have a different impact you don't need to cook 10 recipes if you have 10 members in the family but same food same recipe can be utilized with everyone by with certain small variations and when I'm going to go further with this principle of higher very cooking I would like to put reinforcement here many times when we talk about our very cooking concept only comes in our head that it is an Indian cooking I already cooking has nothing to do with Indian cooking I already cooking is an art already cooking is in a science I really cooking is an a principle of healthy cooking conscious cooking conscious living and that principle is what Ripon is going to share with us today so before I keep going on this topic further I would like to invite repin to share with us certain principle of highways cooking and then I might come and share few more principles with
