[Music] now next pranayama is sitali in sitali pranayama the very name is sitali people say sitali no no it is italy sitali is make a teeny tiny tube of the tongue and through that tube of the tongue inhale air into the belly like this [Music] [Music] wow so calming so cooling so soothing i was inhaling through the tube of the tongue the air was brushing the pallet the throat the laddering the fairing and the cool air goes into the trachea the bronchus the bronchi the alveoli and the esophagus aim into the stomach and after that inhalation i hold the breath into the belly the chin lock hold there as per your capacity and then slowly exhale through the nostril suppose if you inhale for four seconds then hold for eight second and then exhale for eight seconds like this [Music] um [Music] so beautiful i am in the ecstasy that cool air goes to the belly and amazing as if i have just eaten an ice cream this is interesting this is called pranic ice cream yeah this calming cooling soothing pranayama will calm down pitta it is good for hyper acidity heartburn gastritis duodenal ulcer crohn's disease regional eyelid is even um tropical spruce syndrome in all this pitta disorder this sritali pranam is absolutely gorgeous and if you do sitali same thing 7 7 is heaven okay so seven we have done seven organization then we did seven brahmari then we did seven ujjayi and seven sitali if you want to increase then increase one sitali per week and maximum you can do 17 sitali so just by doing shitali your agni will be balanced there are three types of disorders of agni visham agani irregular metabolism it create vata disease tikshna agni hyper metabolism it will create with the disorder mandagani hypo metabolism it will create kapha disorder but by doing this shitley all these three disorders of agni visham agani tiksh nagani mandagni will be balanced that is called sama agni so shitali pranayama will make your agani summer summer means balance that is why shitali if you do 17 don't do right away this is our schedule seven for one week eight for next week nine for next week it may take at least three months to reach 17 shitley if you do 17 sitali then your emotional eating will go people are having obesity hypothyroidism high cholesterol hyperlipidemia all these disorders are metabolic disorder including diabetes so if you do sitali pranayama it will balance your agni and sitali is very fascinating [Music] now many people they cannot make the tube of the tongue it's difficult because they have thick top and thick tongue cannot turn into tube then they can breathe to the angle of the mouth like a smiling pranayama like here oh it is very cooling my god it goes through the cheeks it goes to the tonsil it goes to the throat and it also you are breathing in through the angle of the mouth and the air goes in between the gums and the teeth like this [Music] wow whole mouth become cool so if you are thirsty and there is no water do pranayama and you will get benefit of quenching thirst as if you had you had just a fresh glass of water so this is called thirst quenching pranayama [Music] this pranayama is good for glossier it is tonsillitis gingivitis and aphthous ulcer in the mouth it will cool down so this is called shitkari
