let's talk about why we use ujjayi breath in the vinyasa practice ujjayi breath is known as victorious breath or ocean breath as its sound is resembled to the sound of ocean vibes coming in and going ujjayi breath improves concentration especially in the flowing vinyasa physical practice becoming absorbed in the sound of ujjayi breath diminishes mental distractions and allows us to remain self focused self aware and grounded in our practice ujjayi breath also regulates the heating of the body the friction of the air that passes through the lungs and throat through the sound with the sound generates the internal body heat and it is similar to the muscles of the internal organs as the core becomes warm from inside the sound is warming up the every tissues and muscles from inside so this heat makes stretching more safe and easy while the inner organs can be cleansed from any toxins that have accumulated additional benefits of ujjayi breath includes diminishing the pain from headaches or the sinus pressure and also it strengthens the digestive and nervous system as well so let's let's give it a try breathe in through your nose with the sound open your mouth and exhale with the sound one more time breathing from your nose with the sound exhale open the mouth with the sound one more time breathing from the nose exhale from the mouth with the sound now close your mouth and do the same [Applause] two more rounds close your eyes and last one back to natural breath and open your eyes when listen to from inside your breath can be your true teacher in the vinyasa practice may be inspired and maybe practice together you
