hi I'm Kari and welcome to your mat today I'm gonna show you how to do waterfall pose which is an alternative to shoulder stand so let's have one block ready by the mat and we're gonna make our way onto our back starting in bridge posterior fingertips are gonna almost graze the back of the heels and what we're gonna do is inhale and then how so the string we're pulling your belly up you're gonna take the block and keep it at the lowest level and slide it underneath the sacrum the flat diamond shaped part of your back here and lower down from here we're gonna inhale lift the left leg and then inhale lift the right leg and here we are in waterfall pose to challenge yourself you can always take the block and place it at a higher level but honestly I feel like it's better if you stack a another block at the lowest level on top instead because you can do it this way the block just sometimes C is a little harder balance thank you for joining me I'll see you soon
