Yoga Instructor, Julie K. demonstrates how to do a side angle prayer twist. This pose is great for detoxification, strengthening the legs, increasing balance and flexibility. Julie will be leading a nutrition workshop for our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training in February 2018. Thanks for watching!
