[Music] thank you Namaste dear friends today we begin a new set of FAQ videos on the topic of satyam among the most important principles of yoga and of life and is greatly valued by the sanatana Dharma of The Vedic [Music] I've been reflecting on this more and more as I teach my students and as I live my life and I see the great importance of this topic and the reason why I'm sharing this set of videos on this topic of Satya rishis actually were called rishis because were those who embodied satyam who expressed satyam and nothing else what is Satya many people conveniently defined satyam with one simple word called Truth but what does it actually mean well to answer this my dear friends is our first video what is satyam is defined as defined as the coherence between what we feel what we say and what we do all three have to be aligned many of us we feel something but do something else or say something else that is not something we're just polite or we are saying some lies either it's a white lie or not necessarily a white lie a small lie or a big lie sometimes it's conscious sometimes it's unconscious but satyame is the alignment of our deepest feelings but which is expressed without ambiguity through speech and which is expressed and realized through our actions if this alignment is not there it is not satyam and when this alignment is there it is succumbed so in a way satyam could be defined as truth reality or an integrity and this is very very important because only when business we can embark on our spiritual path a gentle reminder of that is given by the titria upanishad in the last section when the teacher is giving a set of instructions to the graduating students the first thing the teacher says is should not only be taken as speak but should be understood as express your truth Express through your feelings Express through your words and express through your actions this is something no matter what the situation is my dear friends we must try to embody satyam and Express at him to move forward in our spiritual journey I invite you all to reflect on this concept of satyam and start to implement together this practice of satyam in daily life namaste [Music] Namaste my dear friends I am caused by Desi catcher of the mini yoga tradition and if you have come to this point of our video it means that you have enjoyed our videos and if you would like to support us even more by clicking the button and also clicking on the Bell notifications icon then you will give us a wonderful sign that you are interested that we keep continuing to make such remarkable videos and share with you so that this knowledge can spread all across Humanity for the benefit of humanity in this moment where we are in history we are an important time where sharing such sacred and precious knowledge becomes very very useful and that is what motivates us to keep doing this every week and we really hope that you enjoy the watching this and please feel free to share it with your friends share it in your circles so that many many people can benefit from this of you our fans our students and our friends and we look forward to seeing you in yet another video of our Channel namaste
