hi this is part one of a series where I'll be explaining the different styles of yoga we're going to start off strong with Vinyasa this is the most common class if you've ever taken yoga at a studio it was most likely a vinyasa flow what makes a class Vinyasa is the aspect of flowing through poses and using the breath as an undercurrent from movement Vinyasa leaves a lot of room for creativity so the music temperature and intentions for the classes are all up to the teacher's discretion
