Instructions
Solar Plexus Chakra or your Manipura Chakra is the center of willpower. While the Sacral chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment, the third chakra is all about the perception of who you are. The space where our creativity finds direction and intention. When this chakra is out of balance you may become overly controlling or manipulative, obessive over unimportant details, or the opposite where you feel helpless and irresponsible. The gift of this chakra is sensing your power, being confident, responsible, and reliable. The main challenge for the third chakra is to use your personal power in a balanced manner. What does that mean? It means consciously harnessing the energy of the solar plexus chakra. It means being proactive rather than reactive or inactive. As you hold these poses for 30 seconds focus your breath on your Solar Plexus Chakra located just above your belly button, and visualze flowing yellow energy.
