anatomical neutral refers to a neutral position of the feet legs arms when standing the feet are placed evenly weighted outer hip width apart and parallel to each other with the big toes in line legs are neither rotated out or in but in a neutral position with the kneecaps facing forward and vertically aligned with the second toe of the feet the arms are relaxed at the size with the palms facing toward the body
