so the next one is astaya so the third yama is astaya little meaning is non-stealing what is known stealing we are not picking up things from supermarket most of us right but something which does not belong to you that we do ideas taking credit because of my ego of something someone was thinking and what is the harm if i got inspired we say kind of thing so avoiding that thinking underneath as i said in ahinsa that the moment you think it's done so even i wish i could have that if i will have that is all already going in that direction it changes something inside you we must move in the direction of contentment so the understanding known uh stealing astaya going you know if we don't have that then we have that feeling of contentment again in the known stealing exercise which help you if we say if you have to do something gratitude how gratitude is helping in no stealing uh my mind is not capable of recording what i have because i never trained my mind to see what i have when do you steal when do you steal if you steal anything because you have a feeling that i lack that that's how you pick up ah this one is nice because you don't have it this one is nice but i already have it you don't steal it so if you have contentment and you know the clear data that i have it or i am happy with what i have i don't need it if you can generate that feeling that i don't need it then you already established in make sense so in gratitude when i did the gratitude and it helped me moving towards truthfulness i start to see that oh my god look at that person i was you know how much he or she helped me how much support i have what a beautiful house i have assets i have resources i have i'm every day collecting that data in my head just that awareness if i have not earned it it's not mine what belongs to you what you've earned whether it's a knowledge whether it's an idea and that will give you that power as we were talking in the truthfulness also like i'm a yoga teacher i can pretend to be a yoga teacher who knows everything it's perfectly fine to tell you what i know what a relief it creates on me i'm no i'm not lack of confidence why do i need confidence that i am that i have to tell myself again and again to be who i am not a beggar is a good example a good beggar is a good example he's no lack of confidence he don't care because he is not stealing any identity how relieved he is he has accepted that he's a beggar he's nothing to lose he don't have to perform anywhere so bagger can be one aspect of astaya you can look at it so i'm not stealing identities i'm not stealing ideas this is bringing you closer to yourself and when you close it yourself you feel that power it also i get something which i don't deserve because i have that feeling don't deserve because i did not really earn it if i have not earned it i don't take it if i take something which i don't deserve is also stealing i overpriced in another it's a more civilized way of stealing but if i have that sense for i'm doing what i'm paid for paid in terms of money in terms of anything now what a responsibility it creates what a shine it will create in the same proportion what kind of awakened feeling it creates in me if i just take i just take what is in the right balance right so there is also that stealing so from known as thea that only thing we have to see what kind of stealing i am doing where slowly change it not overnight change it slowly start to become more modest just become aware these are all simple simple things to place again another thing to place in my awareness is it mine not okay fine i can still have it i can ask if i need it then i am giving respect to someone i'm taking permission i'm not being violent
