Radha is the ultimate Bhakta (devotee). Clara Roberts-Oss guides us through a practice dedicated to something outside of ourselves. We can then share this prana (energy) we create in the practice to others. This earthy practice will help cultivate inner awareness, learning to move more from our hearts and less from our heads.

  • Increased inner awareness and heart-centered living
  • Enhanced body awareness, particularly in backbends
  • Stress reduction through gentle movement and breath
  • Improved neck and shoulder mobility
