Different Options For Dragonfly Pose in Yin Yoga

The wonderful accessible nature of yin yoga means there are different ways to explore the postures.

Dragonfly pose, has the potential to target the adductors, the hamstring, and the back. But not everybody can sit in a straddle and lean forward (usually because their hamstrings are very tight to begin with).
