Hi y'all. Let's do a quick little day in my life. Working three jobs. This was a Thursday, but every day is a little bit different. Thursdays get a little bit of a later start. So, I first feed Theo and then jump scare coming up here. I guess I have a little more time to do my skincare and get ready in the morning. I do look insane when I wake up, but I've been really on that like morning shed trend right now. And then I go straight out to water my plants. This has been a super grounding way to start the day for me. I'll make some breakfast and I typically eat the same thing every single morning. It's just super easy and then I'll either make a matcha or a coffee for some added energy and then I have like a 45minute commute to work. So I try to get there a little early in case there's traffic. I'll spend a little bit of time grounding down into the room, getting it set up, getting the sequence in my head before I teach it. And I've really been enjoying the sequence this month. And then about 15 minutes before class, I'll open up the doors, get everyone checked in, and then after that class, I will set up for the second class that I teach, which is a little more chill. I like to bring the candles in. I'll teach that one at 11:15, and then after class, I'll go ahead and take a class. So, I'm getting my practice in, and then because I'm super sweaty, I've basically been in a heated room for 3 hours straight, I will shower and get ready for the day. I drive home and then I made a super quick lunch before I hopped on a Zoom call with my management team. And then I jumped right into client work. So I did that for a few hours. After that, I ordered a quick dinner because I was headed to go babysit for the family I work for and that ended up taking up most of my evening. So, I got home kind of late and just spent the rest of the night getting ready for bed, winding down, and I went to bed around 10:30.
