Steps Gentle facial and neck massage (Snehana) for approximately 10 minutes. Localized fomentation (Svedana) using steam on the face and neck for about 10 minutes. Instillation of medicated oil (Dravya) into each nostril with a slight head tilt. Gentle sniffing to draw the oil deeper and spitting out any accumulated mucus. Benefits Alleviates migraines, chronic headaches, sinusitis, and rhinitis. Improves conditions related to sensory organs, memory, and sleep disturbances (insomnia). Helps in managing depression, stress, hair fall, and cervical spondylosis. Enhances mental clarity and provides relief for common cold and cough.
