This is a Reiki session for the Rudra Granthi. Granthi is a Sanskrit word that translates to be a "knot". There are three granthis: Brahma granthi, Vishnu granthi and Rudra granthi, and are situated in the astral body. They block the chakras and obstruct the flow of Kundalini energy. We can call them the obstacles, forms of attachments, unconscious fears that need to be overcome so we can reach higher knowledge and our essential nature. 💛🌈🙏 🌠⭐ This granthi is located on the third eye chakra, and symbolizes the dissolution of the ego.🐷🦌🐺🐶🐱🦄🐯🐮🐏

To receive it, all you need to do is press play and let the energy flow. The music is separated from the energy. Even muted, you continue to receive.☀️

You can do other things during the session, or you can just close your eyes and relax. It's normal to feel tingling, heat, cold or other sensations. Or not to feel anything. You can come back here as many times as you want/need to. 😊

Drinking water at the end (or during) of each session is very important to make the energy flow better. 🌼❤🌈🧡💜💛❣

It is not advisable to drive or operate heavy machines while receiving the energy.
