Bedtime yoga is a lovely way to release stress and anxiety from your day and relieve tension from your joints and muscles. Personally, I always stretch before bed otherwise I just can't sleep right! This class is suitable for beginners and all levels, no props are required. You could even do this class in bed if you wanted to. I'll take you through poses like seated neck release, seated pigeon, reclined butterfly, laying spinal twist and savasana.
