you want to learn how to handstand but you don't know how to start find some more space get your mat sit with your feet right up against the edge of the wall and place your hands where your hips are keep one hand next to your hip as you turn around place the other hand where that one is and then you've got the right distance lift your hips and slowly walk your feet up the wall you're looking to bring your feet level with your hips practice this a couple times a week to build your strength and your confidence
