What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa is a style of yoga where we flow from one posture (asana) to the next. We hold postures as well and play around with both static and free flow movements. This is all linked by our breath.

We use a sense of focus (dristi) and control our breath to allow a steadier movement. This practice is fantastic for increasing strength, flexibility and mobility. Its also such a great way to let go of the day and increase your mood.
