How to
- Start by sitting with your right side against the wall, knees bent and feet on the floor.
- Gently lower your torso to the floor as you swing your legs up onto the wall, adjusting so your sit bones are as close to the wall as comfortable.
- Allow your arms to relax at your sides, palms facing up, and adjust your shoulders so they are away from your ears.
- Let your legs be straight or slightly bent, depending on comfort, ensuring they are relaxed and supported by the wall.
- Close your eyes and bring awareness to your breath, taking slow and deep breaths, feeling the rise and fall of your abdomen.
- Maintain a soft gaze if eyes are open, focusing on a point on the ceiling or simply rest the eyes.
- To exit, bend your knees and gently roll to one side, using your hands to press yourself up to a seated position.
