Transcript

I'm Kimberly smart and I want to enhance your yoga practice in just one minute today you're going to need a block again or a book or something that you can elevate your sacrum so we're going to ladder back this is one of my all-time favorite postures to restore my legs and my low back you're going to pick your pelvis up slide it under your sacrum again it's just above your butt crack and it is not in the curve of your low back you should be able to sit on the Block easily and then from here head is heavy draw one knee in at a time float the feet this might be enough relaxing the back relaxing the pelvis otherwise you might start to stretch your legs up towards the sky it's okay to separate the knees and the feet it's okay to bend the knees I want you to have a sense of softening and that the weight of the legs is Falling Towards The Block head is heavy your breath is full and just sensing this relaxation you might even start to feel the little space between each of your toes relaxing your toenails relaxing skin on the feet relaxing and just letting that trickle all the way down to the pelvis it's a great place to stay anywhere from one to five minutes great way to restore your energy reset your low back I hope that enhances your practice
