this tip will save you hours of struggle in your aoca two things you really need to know about this pose the pose stays together because of your inner thighs squeezing so take your legs up stick your arm in between them squeeze the legs around your arm and hook your ankles together and try to vice grip this arm so firmly that it's not going anywhere you'll need to be doing this vice grip action in the pose to keep yourself from swinging tip number two ankle over ankle and then flex your feet and hook them together use that hook to lengthen your legs away from your torso and squeeze yeah the way it all comes together I'm not going to break down the rest of the pose but as my ankles come together I lengthen my legs away from my body squeeze the inner thighs and that's what keeps me in position
