Transcript

hi everyone this is a video demonstration of the seated side bend stretch so you can do this stretch sitting on the floor with your legs crossed you could even do this exercise on a yoga ball or even at your desk chair so what we're going to do is basically we're going to stretch out the right side first we're going to lift our arm as high up that you can comfortably go and then we're going to tilt to that side until we feel a nice little stretch through the abdomen and the ribs and then we're just going to take a nice deep breath in and then out okay and then we're going to bring the arm back down and then we're going to switch sides so the left arm up as high as you can comfortably go and then we're going to tilt to the side again until you feel a stretch along the side and then we're going to take a nice deep breath in and then out and then back to the center hopefully you found this video helpful
