Transcript

I don't really think it's important to reintroduce passive stretches into your life because they don't serve a lot of long-term benefit they may feel good in the moment but they don't seem to last and the types of stretches that are the most long term that have the most long-term benefits are active stretches like a lunge or like yoga and these passive stretches that are just pulling on your tissues in a passive way are could potentially be causing more harm than good so I would stick to active stretches
