Five seated yoga asas that you can do your pranayama or meditation in. Just remember in all of them to keep your back straight. Sukasana ardmasana. Just take your right foot. Place it on your left thigh. Siddhasana or sidya yunasana. Bring your heel towards your center of groin. Stacking your left heel over your right. With your right hand grab hold of left foot. Place it in between your thigh and calf muscle. Left foot between your right thigh and calf muscle. Padmasana. This is the hardest for most of us. Vadrasana.
