not sure if you're doing scanda correctly let's take a look at the alignment step your feet wide into a straddle stance then turn one foot out to the side and bend your knee in the direction of that foot so that you shift your hips towards that heel if the heel wants to lift then Place something underneath it for a little extra support then turn the back foot so that the toes point up and you press the heel into the mat you can use your hands on the M for stabilizer so you can bring hands into prayer at the center of your heart try to shift your weight back through your heels to help you keep your chest lifted and prevent rocking forwards I hope this help break down scanda
