Cooling Breath or Sitali Pranayama

Inhale - curl the tongue or purse the lips and breathe in Exhale - close mouth, touch the tip of the tongue to roof of mouth and breathe out

Repeat for a few rounds or for a minute.

here's how you can practice sitale panayama or cooling breath it starts with the inhale and when you inhale you'll curl your tongue sort of like a taco and this is a genetic disposition so if you don't have the disposition that's okay just curl or purse your lips like so as if you were sucking through a straw so you'll either inhale or and then on the exhale you'll exhale through your nose mouth closed and your tongue the tip of your tongue will touch the top part of your palate specifically where it touches the teeth so we'll inhale and exhale try that for a few rounds and hopefully you feel cooler stay cool everyone
