Instructions

Do you have to be a vegetarian to practice Yoga.

This is a debate which will go on for ever 馃檪

Enlightened yogis like Ramakrishna paramahamsa, swami vivekananda and many more were non vegetarian.

I don't think that you have to be a vegetarian to be a yogi.

When it comes to diet I would go with moderation and a balanced diet focused more on nutrition.

As you practice yoga for a long time, you become more and more aware of the effect food has on your energy levels. Then you tend to opt for foods which will give you optimum energy levels.
