all right Welcome All of You Beautiful breathing people to this 8 Minute breath work Journey find your way to a comfortable position whether seated or lying and bring a smile to the face we'll do three rounds breathing in through the nose or mouth the choice is yours just follow the Rhythm and we'll begin in three two one out starting each breath in the belly up to the heart let it out [Music] [Music] [Music] beautiful work everyone we move on to double speed breathing in 3 2 1 [Music] all right five more breaths 3 2 last one all the way in and hold this at the top relaxing for this one minute inhale breath hold [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right exhaling with a [Music] s take a breath in and let it out with a side and relax as we get ready for round number two we'll begin in 3 2 1 all right moving on to double speed [Music] three more breaths two last one all the way in holding this as you squeeze your pelvic floor muscles squeeze your abdominals in send this energy up and now let it out with the side and holding your breath at the bottom relaxing fully for this one minute breath retention [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right inhaling fully holding this stay present and now exhale with the sigh beautiful final round in three 2 1 [Music] [Music] [Music] and we'll finish the journey with double speed three two last one all the way in holding squeezing sending this energy up your spine and now let it out with a side fully relaxing coming into this moment for this one minute in breath retention [Music] [Music] [Music] all right inhale hold just to [Music] observe now let it out with the big S beautiful work everyone allow your breathing to return in and out of the nose just staying here as long as you would like and go on have a beautiful day much love to all of you remember to breathe and remember to laugh peace
