namaskaram while we're doing pranayama you may have many people ask how much length we need to do inhalation how much we have to hold and how much how many minutes we have to do acceleration so for this in yoga we have a solution we have a two kinds of patterns which we call as samarasi pranayama or smoothie patterns or visamavati patterns means where you do one is to one is to one which means for example if you do inhalation for one minute hold it for one minute excelling for one minute and there is a visa memorative pattern where your inhalation and holding and acceleration will be vary like this you when you're doing the sum of the tip pattern which will which we refer as advanced patterns basically as a beginner we should go for some of these as you used to be the pranayama then we go for visibility in visibility pattern what we do is for example if we do inhalation for one minute and we will hold it for four minutes and exhale for two minutes one is to four is to two you can choose the pattern whichever you feel comfortable as a beginner practice go for some other see once you used to with us then go for it with your pet have a good day
