Ritucharya is evident in physical nature as it undergoes through various seasons round the year. The shift is happening within our body and mind, faciliated via Doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

So, Ritucharya also means to Synchronize our Daily Routines as per Ayurveda so that it can take care of shifts in Doshas in our body and mind. It helps to empower us to maintain the balance and synergy round the year, living healthy, happy and proactive life.

We will be able to care of Dosha Imbalance at the earliest and bring back health and wellbeing. So, I term Ritucharya or Seasonal Routines of Ayurveda as one of the pillars of Proactive Wellbeing.

Ayurveda has contributed in a unique manner when it teaches about Seasonal Routines. Seasons are one of the important functional element like the day in entire life.

Consider life as a journey. Every season is like a different terrain - plains, hill area, sea side and desert. You need to optimize and adapt and modify according to seasons.

Ayurveda has given a very practical tool by giving an indepth correlation of accumulation, aggravation and pacification of doshas in different seasons. And it works like a great tool for having very practical and personalized approach for detox and rejuvenation based upon Doshas and Ayurveda body mind type.

It will also explain the physiology behind seasonal and common disorders and gives you a tool to prevent and be proactively healthy.

"2 Heal n Cure" is meant for personal wellbeing. It helps you to adopt Ayurveda and Yoga in your daily life, helps you to experience positive wellbeing, unleashes internal healing energy and takes you on the path of recovery and cure from chronic disorders / autoimmune disorders.
