Transcript

You're not here to just perform and do what you're good at. So here, keep the right waist lifted. Left hip descends. Press your left knee out into your right arm a little bit. Draw the belly up off the left thigh. Lengthen as you twist. Full hands down through the venyasa or straight back to dog. Up to you. Good. Bend the knees from downward dog. Walk or lightly hop to the top of the mat. Inhale. Chest forward. Good. Dip back in. Chair pose. Bend the knees. Drop the hips. Let's hold this first one. Extra breath or two. And go ahead and not look up here. Look forward or even look down slightly. But sink lower. So yeah, shift back into your heels. Sink lower and lower and lower. Yes. So not the ashtanga version but draw the belly back. Stand up. Hands to your heart. Good job. Two rounds. Sur namaskar B. Inhale chair pose. Bend the knees. Good. Exhale. Fold forward. Chest forward as you inhale. Step or lightly hop. You're going to get so much more out of your practice if you hop lightly or you just step. If you're pounding the mat every time, you're not going to get anything out of it. Right foot steps for warrior one. or crescent. Inhale, stretch up. Good. Exhale back down.
