how often should i have a rest day what counts as a rest day i would say there's two types of rest days an active rest day is going to be something that you do that's a little bit less intensive than your normal activity for active rest you can use low intensity endurance training or you can sit in the sauna a traditional normal rest day is you're gonna lay on the couch and do almost nothing except for maybe a little bit of mobility how often should you rest i recommend wrestling at least one out of every five to six training days now if you're a beginner i recommend training two to three days and then taking a rest day follow these tips and you won't be asking yourself
