Instructions

If you are a yoga teacher who wants to teach handstand, but you are uncomfortable spotting students, this video will help you to be a more effective yoga instructor.

Or, if you are a yoga student who wants to learn handstands on your own and get spotted by a friend or family member, this video will show them how to safely spot you.

One of the biggest yoga challenges I see in beginner yoga is finding the ease in kicking up to handstand. Having a spot assist in handstand can give you the confidence to kick up all the way and get used to the feeling of alignment and of being upside down. Once you feel stable in handstands, you will be able to do it by yourself.

And if you REALLY want to master every single aspect of your yoga practice, you'll want to sign up for my channel of full-length classes and workshops at to build the balance, strength and flexibility required for proper alignment and yoga progression.
